Pricing For Non-members
Prices are per visit:
♦ Telehealth, for a focused medical issue: $125
♦ In-person, for a focused medical issue: $150
♦Comprehensive exam, preventive care services with lab follow ups : $400
Includes: hearing and vision test, weight distribution and fat percentage assessment, EKG, cardiorespiratory fitness testing, cardiovascular risk assessment, Pap smear (females), counseling on age and gender based screening tests and recommended vaccinations.
♦Full medical record review with health literacy evaluation and enhancement and a personal flash drive to keep : (price depends on length/complexity of medical record to be reviewed)
